Day One


I could hardly do this exercise but as i have been reading in the comments people go back and do this and claim to be must more flexible. This is a lot more challenging than running as i struggle to do the pilates movements with the same strength the instructor has.

Hello, sorry i haven't been posting a while but i haven't been running much as i twisted my ankle a few weeks but i have decided to start this daily pilates calendar everyday as i quite enjoyed doing yoga over summer.

The Beginning

Helloooo there :) 

I started this blog to help me keep track of my exercise and to keep me motivated. I hardly ever do any exercise so this will be a real challenge for me . My goal is to keep running faster and longer everyday and improve my overall health by doing exercise such as pilates. So, I guess this is how to keep track.I hope you like my blog and that it inspires you to get up and move a little !
