The Beginning

Helloooo there :) 

I started this blog to help me keep track of my exercise and to keep me motivated. I hardly ever do any exercise so this will be a real challenge for me . My goal is to keep running faster and longer everyday and improve my overall health by doing exercise such as pilates. So, I guess this is how to keep track.I hope you like my blog and that it inspires you to get up and move a little !
